Online booking is brilliant staff always helpful, friendly and professional, from reception up to GP's.
My advice is use online booking or drop in, phone system could do with upgrading,but does''nt detract from the delivery of a great service.

As a new patient i was helped a lot so that my medication was not interupted, the staff put themselves out for me, friwndly welcoming and cheerful. They had to deal with an abusive patient while i was waiting to see the Dr, they remained calm, did not retaliate and the Dr stood up for his staff, first time i have ever seen this! Brilliant practice and very proffessional team.
